Cleartrip — check in baggage allowance | |
Trip ID :[protected], Air India AI933 Kochi to Dubai, Sunday 1 December 2019. Baggage allowance printed on clear trip ticket was 40kg. Accordingly, I went to check in Kochi Airport with 40kg check in baggage. However, it was explained that the baggage allowance was only 30kg and I was forced to pay INR 4, 500 towards excess baggage fee. Please find attached copies of baggage tag, e-ticket details received from Cochin Airport and payment receipt of INR 4, 500 from Cochin Airport. Kindly request you to consider this complaint and refund the entire amount of INR 4, 500 to my account at the earliest. Awaiting your swift action. i have done booking dated 1-12-19 for mrs vimala ravindranath for sector chennai to kochi but myaccount got debited twice 4109 and 4109 on 25-11-19 but tickets was not issued
kindly refund amt 8218 immediatly as i do not have funds
