Cleartrip — Cleartrip cancelled airline money not refunded

I have purchased indigo flight ticket using Cleartrip website on 5th Feb 2020. The flight which was on 20th May 2020 was cancelled due to COVID 19 advisory by GOVT OF INDIA. On 19th May 2020 Cleartrip send me the below attached confirmation that your ticket has been cancelled but they need another 60 days to refund my amount which was ended on 19th of July 2020. Then post that period i had inquired about the status of refund in which they mentioned they need more time as per per the attached communication on Aug 18. I also do cross check with Indigo about my refund status and they confirmed they already refunded my amount of 45333 to Cleartrip for the cancelled ticket with ref to cleartrip ID[protected]. Therefore kindly help me to get my refund since it's almost 3 months over and my money lying with them without any interest. I think i am also eligible to get that.
