Cleartrip — cleartrip deducted aed 1, 938 for a cancelled flight | |||
I have booked tickets for my family to travel to dxb-ccj-dxb sector. The travel date was 7th april and return on 21st april. The booking was made on 24th feb 2020. The above flight was cancelled by indigo due to corona virus outbreak. And they have sent me an email stating that they will refund the full amount to the flight cancellation. And now cleartrip deducted aed 1938 and returned only aed 453. The total amount charged on my booking was aed 2391. Cleartrip doesn't have any rights to charge customer for a flight which is cancelled by the airline. Kindly arrange to resolve the above by refunding the full ticket charge of aed 2391. I have contacted cleartrip about my refund because I have used another credit card, now it has been replaced wirh new one, my problem is how can I receive my refund if the credit card has already been replaced with another one. please contact mw. [protected]
