Cleartrip — cleartrip online payment failed but amount was debited from my account and not returned yet

Hi,
I was trying to book a flight in GoAir for Oct 23, 2019 from CCU to AMD. But my online transaction was failed and still amount was debited from my account.

Amount - 21, 536 INR
Transaction Reference[protected]
Narration[protected]TechCleartrip

I don't get any contact numbers to call their customer service, they always ask for Trip ID which I don't have as my booking was not made at all.

Please help me to get my money back into my account.
