Sir on dated 22 oct 2018 a ticket booked from ahmedabad to patna for 23nov 2018. But ticket was not booked and rs 12209 debited from my account vide transuction referece no[protected]. I have not get refund till now. How many time will betaken to refund. So i hope you will do the needful action on my requisiton.
