I am extremely disappointed with the inconsistency in handling my flight rescheduling cases.
In one booking (Trip ID[protected], your customer care team themselves called us regarding the airline schedule change, and when we disagreed with the revised timings, a full refund was initiated without any deductions.
However, for another booking with the same sector and similar schedule change (Trip ID[protected], we are now being informed that convenience charges and insurance charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
I do not understand why the policy is being applied differently for two similar cases. If the airline has rescheduled the flight and we are not accepting the change, then the refund policy should remain consistent for both bookings.
This is highly unfair and unacceptable. I request an immediate review of this case and a clarification on why different refund rules are being applied. Please arrange an urgent callback and resolve this matter at the earliest.
