Cleartrip — concern on flight timing got changed - request to cancel the ticket and refund the money

Dear customer care team,

I'm girish, project manager at medvarsity online limited hyderabad.

I have booked two indigo flight tickets for one of our guest as a round trip on 5th october at 11:41 am and here are the details at the time of booking:

Chennai to hyderabad
24th november
Departure at 8:20 am and arrival at 9:40 am

Now the flight timings are changed to: you can refer the attached ticket copy.

Departure at 10:10 am and arrival at 11:30 am
The new flight time is not work for us and please process the refund request at earliest possible to book alternate ticket.
