Cleartrip — confirmation ticket not sent after booking

I booked a flight for 13th march, 2019 from pune to delhi.
I haven't received a confirmation ticket even after deduction of money.
The customer care number asks for a id which is also not available since there was no redirecting after payment successful.
Date of incident - 24th february, 2019 1:00pm

Resolution required - a confirmation ticket for the flight.
[Feb 25, 2019] ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
