Cleartrip — Credit shell utilization | |
I had booked one ticket for 24 Mar 2020 in Spice jet through Cleartrip. That ticked was cancelled and I got a mail from Spice jet that your amount (I paid 348 AED and in my credit shell 292.8 AED) will be in Credit shell and you can use it for same passenger for future booking. Yesterday (16 Oct 2020) I call the customer care and request for a booking for me on 23 Oct 2020 to (Dubai-Cochin) after that I got a mail from Cleartrip (CSFF Support) asking my booking details. Today they send me mail that they are recommending for me Dubai-HYD-Cochin (around 14 hours). In cleartrip website its showing Dubai-Cochin direct flight for 292 AED and I don't know why they are recommending for this flight (and saying TRAVEL SAFE). I had booked Indigo flight ticket through cleartrip which was cancelled for 25th March, 2020. I had contacted the airlines and had processed the refund back in December, 2020. However, there has been no reply from the travel agency side. I would like you to get the refund as soon as possible.
