Cleartrip — Credit shield

I have taken ticket on June but flight cancelled because of pandemic but indigo airlines refunded to Cleartrip but they didn't give any information about this now I wanted to travel with my family urgently when I tried to contact Cleartrip no one responding the phone no reply for mail also now I want to go urgently to India to change the the ticket noone helping.please help me my money is with u I don't have money to take another ticket now do something for me urgently when I was taking tickets they were calling from India for assistance now no body responding.
