[Resolved] Cleartrip — deduction of 2781 against cancellation of ticket well above two days in advance | |||
Want to cancel a ticket (Trip id [protected], pnr livgxk, indigo 6e 2783, bangalore-delhi, 05.06.2018, amount paid 3825.00). When contacted, was told that 2781.00 will be deducted straight away, which is a base fare, by airline and balance amount will be paid to cleartrip and will have to chase them for refund and will be on its mercy and don't know how much will be refunded. Lodged a complaint with consumer helpline.gov.in vide complaint no. 761754 dated 04.06.2018. Was this information helpful? | |||
