Cleartrip — Delays in Refund | |
I have made a booking with ClearTrip on 18-Jun. The booking ID is[protected]. The Flight was from DEL to PAT G8 198 on 19-Jun departing DEL at 18:50. I Paid 1015 INR for this flight. I realized that I would miss my connection and hence changed my flight to another flight under the same booking number. The changed flight was 6E-6614 departing DEL at 21:00. I paid a change fee of 3800 INR. After making the payment of the difference amount, the money got deducted but the ticket was not updated with a message that booking cannot be processed. Then I proceed to make a fresh reservation and did that. The new trip ID was[protected] for flight 6E 6614 departing DEL at 21:00. For this fresh ticket, I paid 10287 INR. After buying this ticket, I received an email from the cleartrip (2 hours 20 minutes later) that my earlier change was completed and I now have 2 seats booked on the same flight. I eventually missed my flight due to a delay on an earlier flight and I went to the Indigo counter at the airport and they changed by flight to next flight by asking for an additional cost of some 350 INR under trip ID[protected]. I contact Cleartrip to refund or compensate me for this mishap but have not received any response. Hence I am filing complaint against them. Was this information helpful? | |
