Cleartrip — did not receive flight ticket after online payment | |||
I booked a flight ticket via cleartrip in Indigo on 9th of December for a flight from Kolkata to Mangalore on 9th January. After I paid online the next web page showed “access denied” and later I did not receive any further email or message from cleartrip nor Indigo but my money got debited from my account which I received a message from my bank. I cannot complain directly to cleartrip because I dont have any Trip ID. What should I do now? Can you please help me? Was this information helpful? | |||
