Cleartrip — E-Ticket Number not Provided in Ticket

E-Ticket Number not Provided in Ticket. Cancelled my trip within 30 Minutes and Cleartrip deducted more than 50% amount in the name of Airline Cancellation fees. Whereas Airline Stated they don't even have any booking under this and they have also not stated any Cancellation charges yet.

Cleartrip ruining Customer's Trust in Air India by using Air India's name in this case.
