Cleartrip — faulty bookings, irresponsible response, rude behaviour | |||
Trip id[protected] Date of booking - 10/10/2019 Place for accomodation - gwalior I have been booking through cleartrip from last 3 years. This time i reserved a room in hotel in railway station premise for accomodation of single person for 1 night from 10/10/19 to 11/10/19 & paid app. 2900/- thru my debit card. At time of check in my customer was kept on waiting for 30 minuted & than denied accomodation by hotel. Hwn i contacted customer care mr. Harshit & mrs. Mitali behaved extreme rude instead of getting me a proper solution. Hotel & cleartrip offered to shift my booking to a very lower class hotel which was far from the location too. When i tried to ask for the reason of failuree & expressed my probblems they strated talkinng in unsupportive tone wen i tried to ask in strict tone mr. Harshit hung up on me. Seriously this is the way a support team behaves? This is the least we can expect from a representative. I am extremely annoyed & going to sue the company for keeping me in mid of nowhere & employees behaviing rude, my legal team is taking all the required action.
