Cleartrip — Fight rescheduled but claimed not rescheduled, refund not given | |
I rescheduled my flight (Indigo) via cleartrip from June 12 to July 25. The ticket is confirmed and a refund amount of Rs 3000 approx. was mentioned. I rechecked my itinerary in cleartrip website, the amount regarding refund was not mentioned anywhere. I tried to contact cleartrip, but could not. The "cleartrip support" is not working and I can not contact via phone. So I mailed to "[protected]@cleartrip.com" regarding the issue. I got reply that "online amendment failed and flight was as per original schedule". So, "no refund" will be initiated by Indigo. I have the ticket which is scheduled on July 25 via Indigo. Please resolve my issue. I want my refund back and also my flight should be on July 25. This complain is against "Cleartrip". My Trip ID:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
