Cleartrip — flight booking cancelled from cleartrip side, but money is not refunded

I have made an online payment (ICICI Account, screenshot attached) with successful transaction ID #[protected] and transaction amount of Rs 21, 937. The cleartrip id generated for this is[protected]. The cleartrip customer care said they have received the amount after checking with their finance team for 3 times and said they have started the refund process and I should receive the monet within 7 days, but now they are saying they haven't received it. I have raised a dispute with ICICI bank too and they are now investigating. I might have spoken to cleartrip for 20 times and they customer care including higher authority are disgusting and full of liars. They don't stick to their commitments nor they are professional. It clearly proves they are finding a way to loot the money and must be listed as FRAUD company in all the social media and relevant web sites. I am still fighting this out and need your support.
