Cleartrip — hotel denied to give rooms | |||
I had booked 2 rooms on 6th Nov 18. Trip no[protected],[protected]. on 9th Nov 18 I got call from hotel stating, we don't have rooms, pls cancel it. Layer I had called customer care clear trip. And lodged complaint to arrange alternative, if not refund the entire amount. And they agreed. But I had called them 6 times n followed up. But np solution. I need y amount back . I tried booking a ticket on 9th November, from Hyderabad to Mangalore. My account got charged Kwd19.320 but no booking happened.
