Cleartrip — i have been charged for a booking of a flight ticket which i did not receive the confirmation of. | |
I had initiated the payment process for a booking of a flight from qatar (Hamad international airport) to dubai (Dxb international airport) on 14th dec 2019 via muscat but my booking did not get through and i was charged the whole amount of 1196 qar from my credit card. I do not have a booking id or anything because i did not receive any message or emails from cleartrip but i do have a screenshot of the page that says my booking did not go through but the payment was initiated. Please find attached the copy of the same. Please help me get my refund. It has put me in a very critical state so i kindly request the kind team at cleartrip to look into this matter and do the needful. Providing my contact and email address below which i have entered on the website during the booking. Please please help me out.

I tried to book flight ticket fro chennai to melborn, i have entered all the details and go to payment page and i have entered card number, and click done next OTP also i have entered but its showing error message with out ticket but my money deducted from my account.
