Cleartrip — I have booked a ticket, from cleartrip account has been debited but no ticket details have been mailed

I have booked a ticket from clear trip on 07/07/2017 .Ticket was booked from Calicut (CLT) to Mangalore(MAQ) ( 09/07/2017) Navyug express(16688) i had booked via clear trip and later directed to IRCTC website, tyransaction was done and no booking history in any of the site.
