Cleartrip — incomplete transaction

Hello team,

I just made a booking through clear trip but when i completed my payment transaction a window poped up stating invalid transaction and then i called up clear trip customer service and spoke with a representative named hrishikesh and he said the i need to wait for an hour for the confirmation on my booking also he would call me but i haven't received any calls yet... Its a transaction of 14000 through kotak mahindra bank.

I need immediate attention on this.
