Cleartrip — levied unnecessary charges on flight cancellation | |||||
I have booked a flight and due to uncertain reasons had to cancel, the booking was cancelled via the flight operating website only, even though cleartrip charged their own cancellation fee and left me with no money credited. This is completely exploitation of consumer on behalf of cleartrip, when i reported it to them, they denied any changes and mentioned it that they are mandatory to keep their business running.
