Cleartrip — money deducted but no trip id or booking confirmation received | |||
28/05/2019 i tried to book an air ticket, after all the process amount got deducted from my account but not got any confirmation from cleartrip. I got an sms from bank regarding the transaction amount being paid to cleartrip and deducted from my account. I was not given any confirmation email following the transaction nor any form of statement of failure of booking. However upon calling air asia it was confirmed that no booking had been initiated by cleartrip. I cannot even contact the customer service centre as i was not issued any trip id. This is a pathetic system fooling customers and has caused me great discomfort and monetary loss. I m never going to book any ticket from cleartrip in future and will tell all my friends to refrain from booking in cleartrip if my problem is not resolved as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
