Cleartrip — Money deducted from Amazon Account on[protected] and no status update about refund

I had mad the booking through Cleartrip for a flight ticket on 11th November. I have not received a refund or an update about the same till date. My payment platform was Amazon pay. I need a status and the refund to be initiated and completed as soon as possible.
This is urgent .

Extremely unprofessional behaviour.
