Dear sir, 11/jan/2019 i tried to book an air ticket, after all the process amount deducted from my account but we didn't got any confirmation sms from cleartrip. I got an sms thru bank as shown below: Dear customer, purchase of Inr - 37, 745.00 has been made on debit card linked thru a/c - xx3045 to cleartrip on 11-jan-2019. Info: vin*cleartrip and i had complained to customers care after that they had provided me complain no 08019730 against trip id No[protected] therefore i request you to kindly look into this matter. Pure Cheaters and Not ready to help customers who are abroad to clear wallet amount. SICK and TIRED of making international calls to redeem my wallet money.

I have booked a flight ticket from banglore to Mumbai on 7/1/2019 using my SBI debit card.. money (₹4495) is deducted from my card but I haven’t received any mail regarding trip id.. I don’t have an account in Cleartrip.. what am I supposed to do ? How can I get my money back?
