Cleartrip — my money has not yet been refunded | |||||
The company they themselves cancelled by flight due to jet airways issue. It was cancelled in the month of april. Since april they have been saying 48 hours, 7 days, 15 days and 30 days and today is 01.08.2019. Called jet airways too they had said that the money has already been refunded to cleartrip. Since i booked from second or third party jet airways had refunded the money to cleartrip's account. Even jet had screen shot and sent the details too. All of my friends who had book ticket from other applications have got their refunds but i still haven't got. Last july 8th they had said they would send a final confirmation but they didn't and now 10th of august they will send a confirmation once i get confirmation then only i can get money is what they have said but they cannot confirm. Since jet has been shut down so clear trip can't promise us for our refunds. 2260 aed is my actual amount to be refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
