Cleartrip — no confirmation about booking even though the money is deducted.

I tried to book a flight from muscat to ahmedabad on 10 july 2019. Later on the app showed "TRANSACTION FAILED" for the booking and didn't issue any tickets. But the money was deducted from my account. As i am not in india, i can't even call them from my registered mobile no. Of india. Trip id is[protected]. They app is not having any other option to contact with customer care. What to do now?

I have booked a ticket through cleartrip for air India flight today (11 july 2019) evening 17:15 hrs from new Delhi to Hyderabad we have not received trip I'd nor any mail ... But the amount has been debited from SBI plz suggest on priority...
