Cleartrip — not informing flight cancellation and we had to find out from he airport | |||||
We had booked a flight from mumbai to mangalore for 28th august through cleartrip. The booking was done on 29th may 2018. The flight was cancelled and we were not informed properly. We had to find out after we reached the airport. There was no call or sms to inform about the cancellation. Just a mail which got lost in their own 100s of spam mails. As we had all other bookings done in mangalore, we had no option other than taking a last minute flight which was very expensive. We had to pay for extra baggage also as our original flight had more allowance. We had a horrible travel experience.
