Cleartrip — not making an action for the missing 2nd name | |||
I have a booking in cathay via clear trip and when i book using their website i cannot enter my 2nd name, its because they are not allowing to put space in the first name. I still pursue the booking but when i called them to fix it they just ask me to send my passport and wait for 24-48 hours. After that there is no response from them. I called them again and told me that it is the airline that is not responding.. But when i call cathay pacific they told me that cleartrip didnt contact them. They didnt even contact cathay pacific. Take note i talked to many agents in the cleartrip and they didnt make an action. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have tried to book a ticket from Cochin to Maldives.. after the payment and money got deducted from my account. The trip id had not been generated.. please contact me on [protected]
