Hi, Booked flight ticket from tuticorin to chennai (12.35 pm 18/01/2019). Payment got successfull but didn't receive confirmation about ticket or trip id. Sms from bank: Dear customer, your account xx4392 has been debited with inr 6, 291.00 on 18-jan-19. Info: bil*onl*[protected]*cleartr. For dispute, call [protected]. Please update on this issue. Customer care phone number is also asking trip ID. I didnt get trip ID while booking. Then how come I enter trip ID? In this complaint box also, i am not getting any response. Do the needful ASAP.
