I, ms rakhi aravind had booked go air flight from mumbai to kochi for 22nd april. On march 10th i received a message from the company that my fight has been cancelled and they booked another flight for me and it was not a convenient time for my trip. So i called the company for cancellation. They had told me it's been cancelled and money will be refunded to my account with in 5_7 days. But it is almost a month now money not refunded. On 10th March i got a message that flight has been cancelled and they booked another flight for me which was not a convenient time for my trip. So I called the company for cancellation and they told flight has been cancelled and money will be refunded to my account with in 5_7 days. But now it's almost a month money is not refunded to my account. I received my Arn number from the company. When I enquired in bank, they told cash is not transferred from the company.
