Cleartrip — payment failed but account debited | |
Hi, I have made unsuccessful booking on clear trip for safari park Thailand on 18-Dec-2018, 8:46pm IST, my booking mobile number [protected]. Amount of 4976 is deducted from my account but since payment gateway failed booking was not completed, I did not received any trip I’d for the same. I did contact customer care and they suggested amount will be refunded by 7 days, it has been more than 7 days now and there has been no refund, there is no way I can contact Cleartrip without trip Id.
