[Resolved] Cleartrip — payments failed but money being taken | |
Dear customer support manager, I paid for a february 20th train ticket from varanasi to kolkata on cleartrip three times on jan. 8, but none of them succeeded. I found on your website that failed payments would be refunded within 24 hours if the payment was processed, but i am still being charged for these three failed payments after three days. Could i get refunded the money i have paid? I received a short message notified that 1176.65 rupees had been deducted from my credit card each of the three times, but the website kept stuck on the “processing” page no matter how long i had waited, and i had to close the website after a long time waiting. I could see three records about the three failed bookings on jan. 8, but it’s disappeared from the cleartrip app on the 9th of jan., so i can’t find the trip id. My cleartrip account is [protected]@126.com, and my irctc account is rayc612. Is there any other information i need to offer? Since i am an international user, making an international call is not easy for me, so i am looking forward to receiving your reply. Jan 12, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I didn’t receive Cleartrip’s reply, but they did return my book back today. I attribute that to consumercomplaints.in. You really help me solve my problem, and I also thank Cleartrip for their service as well. ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
