I booked a tickets for me and my family in month of may through clear trip (Cochin to bangalore) and money deducted from my account immediately, few days before the travel i got a sms from air pegasus about the cancellation of flight and called up the clear trip support for rescheduling of tickets but clear trip was unable to do and forcefully cancelled my tickets on 12th august 2016 and they send me sms that within 5 working days money will be refund to my account, i send some many e-mail and called up clear trip follow-ups, its all most 47 days now, i haven't got any positive reply from cleartrip, is my harden money (8076), we struggling to come back to bangalore. No one from clear trip called me till now to up-date my complaints
Inspite of asking the escalation point, cleartrip has not provided till date
I do know whether this cleartrip are guanine company to do the tickets in future.
I have all proof with regards to hard copy of mail and sms which i got from cleartrip about refund.
