The following is a timeline of events making this flight an unhappy one.
Check-in. Even though we were travelling together we were not allocated adjacent seats ‘because we hadn’t booked them at the same time’! I booked both seats separately within minutes of each other as I could not work out how to book us both together on the outbound flight and separately for the return because they were on different days. The check-in lady selected seats on different rows. Most annoying. I can only assume this is done to force us to pay for adjacent seats. In fact the steward easily found us adjacent seats!
The check in lady did not comment on my wife’s handbag which she was carrying. See photo. We arrived with two cases for the hold and two for the cabin. Each o[censored]s had a handbag.
The check-in lady at Gate 7 said my wife had to pay £63 because she was wearing her handbag as a backpack!! This is clearly a ruse to extract more income. This particular bag has been to and from Turkey on your airline up to three times a year for as long as I can remember. It is a handbag and was being used as a backpack due to carrying purchases from the Duty Free shop.
This event caused my wife a great deal of stress and all the check-in lady could say was ‘these are the rules’ offering no sympathy whatsoever.
I look forward to receipt of a refund and an apology for the stress caused.

PNR VGTYFG for 3 passengers, dated 6 Sep 2016, bearing e ticket numbers 0OP VGTYFG, Bengaluru to Kochi still have not been refunded. I made this booking via MakeMyTrip and they were unsuccessful in getting the refund back. I still have the stamped paper ticket from the airline confirming a refund will be issued.

I faced such unprofessional behaviour towards mysel[censored]
I have a health issue with my knee. I specially booked the seat 1E in first row and wheelchair service.

Seat number was canceled on boarding desk and changed to 6E.

I was delivered on board with wheelchair and saw my seat already taken.
The hostess (woman) was very rude and didn’t care about my health situation at all.
She told me to take the seat 6E ignoring my knee problem.
She kept me waiting for 15 minutes standing on my injured leg while solving the problem!!!

Finally she didn’t do nothing and just left me alone in my situation.

I flew many years and with many airline companies but It’s my first experience with such incompetent airhostess.

I had booked and paid fully online for air pegasus flight which never took off. Company website was taking booking even after being shutdown...fully knowing they will not be able to take off a single flight...please help me getting refund

My name is gurpreet singh from sangaria, rajasthan.I had made booking of air Pegasus flight from Bangalore to thiruvantapuram through make my trip for flight on 29 august 2016.which was cancelled due to companies own technical reasons.I was hoping for a refund but didn't got it.So from that days onwards i have contacted make my trip for refund several times but they were saying to contact air Pegasus.I tried air pegasus contact number and sent email to the company but i got no response.So i request you to help me refund my amount.My booking id on make my trip was NF[protected] and invoice no. I had booked tickets for myself and my family to travel from mangalore to bangalore dated 22/08/2016 12.20. On 17/08/2016 i received an email saying the flight is cancelled.
I had called customer service and i have been told that the amount will be refunded. Till date i have not received the refund amount.
I would request you to get me my refund amount at the earliest. Thanks.

We have booked air tickets from cochin to bangalore, through makemytrip and the airline was air pegasus.

Flight was cancelled by air pagasus and accordingly mmt has informed that they will get the full refund from air pagasus.

Even after so much pursuations, nothing happened and mmt is always telling that they never received the refund.

I booked a ticket for me n two of my friends from bangalore to trivandrum on[protected] they put up on their site all flights cancelled without any personal intimation it didn't allow me to cancel d ticket and inspire of best efforts i couldn't reach cc team finally went to air pegasus office at trinity circle and the person over there took details of bank account and told me to wait a month saying all this happened because i didn't cancel my ticket... But i didn't receive any refund in 3months so i sent my brother again same reply wait a month now it's been a year... Y the hell these kind of airlines still maintain site n ticket booking wen they cancel all flights...:- (Not even proper customer care very bad...

I (Manali navale) was booked today with pegasus from dubai to budapest, 4:20am, flight number pc 741, which got canceled abruptly, after checking in and boarding the flight. I demand a complete refund of my ticket! We received the worst service at the dubai international airport for the canceled flight. I won't be taking tomorrow's flight either. Please cancel my booking completely and refund my money without a single cut from the full amount. Highly disappointing. Won't be flying with pegasus ever again.

We booked a travel package through makemytrip, in that package we had a booking in air pegasus airline with the captioned booking id from bangalore to madurai dated 17th september 2016 through travel firm make my trip, but since the airline collapsed, we couldn't travel with the same & we, even didn't receive the refund for the tickets. After lodging complaint to makemytrip & lots of follow up, they refused to refund citing reason it's all airline decision. Even air pegasus airline is not responding. Since the air ticket was cancelled with no intention of ours, we request you to get our refund processed. It's our hard earned money, single pie matters a lot. All this is harrasing a lot. Kindly help us with the request at the earliest. We will be obliged..

I have not received my refund amount since one year, flight was cancelled on aug 17th 2016 due to financial losses of the airline and till date no refund has been provided, i contacted makemytrip and they said airline has not provided the refund to them. So, i directly went to air pegasus office at mg road and there i met mr anand and he used to tell me to come on some false dates to collect the money, but i went several times to collect the same but no use. So i directly contacted mr syshon thomas who is md of the airline and he is also giving some false promises.

Here is his contact number guys, just call him and speak so that we will refund the amount. We all need to go to the office and demand our money back.

[protected], there is no use in calling the landlines and call center guys no one is picking the call. The only way to get in touch is directly call to the md itself.

I had purchased 6 tickets from air pegasus through make my trip, booking number
Nf[protected]. The flight was canceled by airpegasus due to technical fault. So i had to book in the tickets in a different airlines. As the flight was cancelled by air pegasus in last moment i was assured of refund. I had to go through lot of difficulty due to canellation and till now i have not got my refund.
Got a reply from make my trip, that despite their best efforts air pegasus has failed to refund and i should seek the refund directly from air peggasus. Its now 1 year i didnt receive the refund

We had a flight on 29th october 2016, but we got a mail on 30th september 2016 that the flight got cancelled by air pegasus airlines. The airlines didn't inform us through our contact numbers and because of that we faced a lot of problem in our journey.

In that flight cancellation mail, it was written that our money will be fully refunded as the flight was cancelled by the airlines. But till now we didn't get any refund amount.
We tried contacting the customer service regarding refund process, but no one is receiving the call. Every time the call goes on hold and no customer service person is taking the line.
This is highly disappointing. Please take this matter as soon as possible and refund our money otherwise we will file a case for this matter.

I booked air pegasus tickets via makemytrip. Flight was cancelled by airline air pegasus. Makemytrip promised full refund as per the ticket contract, but never refunded the money. Now neither make my trip nor air pegasus is ready to return my money.

I had booked a ticket in air pegasus from madurai to chennai for my travel on 04/09/2016 (Pnr: sfkip6). But on that same day, i got a call from them[protected] that the service was cancelled (Flight: op-221).

Air pegasus was telling that we processed full refund to you. But you booked ticket via clear trip. So get in touch them.

But clear trip is still replying that we dint receive any refund amount from air pegaus and their airline was shut down. Once we receive the amount, we will provide you. (Trip id: [protected]. Replied by: sunita jadhav, customer service executive, cleartrip customer care)

Till now i dint get my refund amount from air pegasus.

I took Air Pegasus ticket via Makemytrip. Flight was cancelled by airline Air Pegasus. Makemytrip promised full refund as per the ticket contract, but never refund the money. Air Pegasus confirmed me on email ( attached) the amount was transferred to makemytrip.

Makemytrip is not refunding my money.

Last year i planned by trip in air pegasus through make my trip, and booked air ticket for by family vide your ref no nf[protected], suddenly got communication from your side that the flight was cancelled. Till date i have not got the refund.
Now make my trip had sent mail that despite of numerous followup with you you have not taken any action to refund the applicable amount.

Kindly look into the issue and remit the applicable amount at the earliest.

I made a booking from madhurai to bangalore for 31 july, 2016. The flight was cancelled by air pegasus. I have been constantly mailing make my trip. But they say that they did not get the refund from air pegasus yet and so they will not be able to refund the amount. It has been 8 months now. And still no information about the refund from the airline. I tried to contact air pegasus customer care several times but the call does not get through.

I was supposed to return with my wife from Trivandrum to bangalore on 15th August 2016 via flight number OP 104 of Air Pegasus ( which I booked through Cleartrip).
The airline cancelled the flight and when I called them for a refund they said that it would be directly sent to the Cleartrip and would reflect in 7 working days in my account.
Post that day the customer service of Air Pegasus became not reachable.
Now, I have been calling Cleartrip for the past 6 months for a refund and the answer that i get is that it has not been given by Air Pegasus yet.
It seems that no one is bothered about my hard earned money.

Please help me. The amount is more than 8000 rs

Airpegasus cancelled their operation a few days prior to my journey date.

I made booking via ClearTrip and informed the travel team on the cancellation of the trip by Operator.

Moreover, cleartrip agreed to refund on the grounds of operator offering refund.

I contacted Airpegasus CS, they are not giving refund and not giving any reasons for holding our money.

I think a lot of passengers are yet to received funds back.
