Cleartrip — Refund amount of failed transaction

My transaction ID is[protected] Dt 15.10.21 for trip CCU to HYD through Air Asia. The transaction failed amt deducted .But the same is not yet been refunded. I have noted the same to Cleartrip Support several times.pl do the needful
