Cleartrip — refund for automatic flight cancellation not done | |||
Ni hao response for the below-mentioned email: Ve booked my air ticket from paris to chennai in your airlines through cleartrip whose trip id is:[protected] Please check the attached snap shot where it shows that the onward flight got canceled from your end due to the corona virus issue i guess. In the above condition, i must get a full refund. I have been put on waiting in your customer call for so many minutes on an average of 48min at least without any response. It is the administration's duty to keep the passengers informed about their booking and flight cancellation on time every time. It could be an automated system because you very well know your passengers contact details. Lufthansa didn't act professionally on this. Passengers were left with no option than to worry. I need my full refund without any kind of deduction. Please revert back at the earliest possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
