Involuntary downgrade compensation

I was returning back from Switzerland in your airlines on 23 Sept 23 on a business class ticket. I was involuntarily downgraded from Business class to Economy. The flight staff at the counter handed over a compensation voucher mentioning that I will be getting this in a weeks' time, I haven't got the compensation for almost 6 months now.

I wrote an email to your customer care, called a few times, unfortunately there is not...

ISSUE Regarding Booking

I have been trying to book air ticket through Lufthansa website since 1st December 2023 for my journey from Mumbai India to Calgary Canada and return. Please help. No numbers listed that I can phone in South Afrtca. Flight LH577 - Order number JC6F3T. When my son previously used Lufthansa the flight was overbooked and he was put onto another plane. I am trying to avoid that as he was suppose to already be in Germany....

Excess baggage - Money not refunded

I tried to pay online for excess baggage in Booking.com (lufthansa airlines). The payment failed, but the money was debited. Inspite of contacting customer service several times, the money has not been refunded yet. It has been over a month since I initially contacted the company. They always say that the money will be refunded in a few days, but the money was not refunded.

Seat selection

I am trying to select or upgrade seats on an Athens to Houston flight this coming November. The Lufthansa website shows my booking, but will not let me select seats. I called the 800 customer service number and was advised that I could not select seats until 23 hours before the flight leaves. I have never had this issue in the past and find this hard to believe.

I tried the Lufthansa chat feature and it kept referring me back...

Offloaded dispute having valid documents

Baggage Damage

Baggage lost

I traveled on EK569/EK927 (HAHCVW) to Cairo and LH587/LH494 (698XBX) to Toronto. At the airport the airline staff was requested to checkin 2 bags to Cairo, but they insisted the bags be connected to YYZ, stating airline code share agreement. Denied Boarding

Dear Lufthansa Team,

I, Prashant Gidwani (+1) had booked the tickets from Delhi to Berlin departing on 07/02/2023 ( PNR No:- 5F88JE) .

My baggage was delayed on LH756 on 20th Jan. Baggage claim BOMLH82584 and received the baggage after 2 days. Submitted the expense claim form for self and wife. under FB ID[protected], provided all info including bank account, address etc but still not received payment. The guy who sends me emails from Lufthansa is Sachin Chaurasia. Every time I raise a complaint through their feedback form, they just generate another FB ID with standard copy/paste...

My connecting flight with Delta on 4 May, which was booked by Lufthansa, was not paid for and got canceled from Fairbanks to Seattle before 12 hours, and I was not informed about it.
