Cleartrip — refund for cancelled airasia ticket

I cancelled 3 tickets out of 5 tickets[protected] of Airasia flight from Bangalore to Goa on 26th Oct.
While cancelling in Cleartrip website it showed a Refund of some 1300Rs ( for 3 tickets costing 7890Rs) after I confirmed and went ahead with cancellation. next day I got a mail that the refund amount processed is zero.

I had called Air asia customer care and reported No show. they confirmed that they had processed refund of taxes of 2100 Rs to Cleartrip on 31st October.

But cleartrip is insisting that there is no refund.

The cleartrip is showing the airline charges as 5670 Rs. Air asia has refunded 700 per ticket of taxes. that works out to 2100Rs.
