Full Description of Incident:
I booked a round-trip ticket (Hyderabad–Dubai) through Cleartrip Telebooking. Due to the urgent situation in the Middle East, I had to return to India earlier on 6 March 2026 via a special flight. I immediately requested cancellation of the return ticket scheduled for 8 March 2026 and refund initiation.
Despite multiple emails (on 6 March, 13 March, 15 March, 16 March, and 25 March 2026) and attempts to reach customer support, I have not received any update or resolution. Calls to the helpline were disconnected after long wait times.

Desired Resolution:
I request a full refund of the unused return ticket amount (INR 133, 986.44) at the earliest.
