Cleartrip — refund for the flight changes done with the airline

I booked a flight with cleartrip and found that I had booked an incorrect flight. Immediately I contacted cleartrip, and they routed my call to Indigo. Indigo had changed my flight and cancelled my previous booking and charged me for the new booking and confirmed that the refund would be made to Cleartrip, and Cleartrip is supposed to refund me the full amount to my original mode of payment, trip ID[protected].

Its been more then 3 months now and cleartrip has not yet refunded the money. Every time I call the customer support, they ask me to wait for 5 - 7 business day for the finance to process the refund, however there 5 to 7 business days never get over.
