Cleartrip — Refund money not refunded | |
I booked a flight ticket using cleartrip but due to some reason i had to fly back early. I submitted refund request but cleartrip refunded 0 amount to my account. I am not able to contact any of their agents. Please help as soon as possible. We have cancelled our flight a month ago but cleartrip has deducted miscellaneous charges and calculated 0 as refund. ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
