I had booked a corporate booking fare from cleartrip on 2nd of April from Delhi to Jammu for date 3rd April by Air India Express 4.10 PM under booking ID [protected]. But Exactly on 3rd April at 2.01 PM I had made cancellation for the same. While cancelling they assured me of Rs. 7, 214 refund but when I cancelled the flight they refunded me 0. I also contacted the airlines as I had spent additional Rs. 2000 for executive class upgrade on their website, they told me that they didn't receive any cancellation request from the cleartrip so that trip will be considered as no show. They told me if they got cancellation request before 2.10 PM then I would be able to get refund, so better call cleartrip fo help. Now from last 7 days I am continuously calling them regarding this matter but each time the persons over the call assured me they will resolve this case within 24 hrs. Clearly they are ignoring this issue and lingering on as they are on the fault as they haven't contacted airlines before the deadline time of 2hrs as in corporate fare one can cancel booking before 2hrs to flight with merely Rs. 1000 charges. Now these people know that fault is from their team they are harassing me by giving me 24 hrs resolution time again and again. My contact no. is [protected]...please help me in resolving this case.
