Cleartrip — Refund of deducted amount of failed transaction via flight booking | |
I was trying to book flight from ClearTrip on 28th June 2020, from Dehradun to Mumbai. Amount was deducted from my bank account of Rs. 9429/- Trip Id: [protected]. I have already contacted cleartrip via phone & email and informed them same details as above, it was told to me that it will be refunded in 3 to 12 days. I have also contacted ICICI bank through which i made the payment, they informed that payment has been deducted from account by cleartrip and they have to refund it to bank. Today i received an SMS on my mobile phone that ; Dispute of INR 9429/- on has been declined by the merchant(ClearTrip). Id is SR[protected]. It's been already 1 month and 28 days and cleartrip has not refunded my amount of INR 9429/- . Hope so Indian Consumer Complaint forum will help me refund my money in my account. Dinesh Singh Yadav.
