Cleartrip — refund of failed transaction

Sir on dated 27 oct 2018 a ticket booked from kolcutta to delhi for 04nov 2018. But ticket was not booked and rs 4048 debited from my account vide transuction no. Igaeqngky5. I have not get refund till now. How many time will betaken to refund. Sir iam in central para military jawan and you know very well how is our life in indian borders. So i hope you will do the needful action on my requisiton.
