Cleartrip — Refund of my amount

I had booked the trip with clear trip but due to covid the trip got cancelled

Indigo has already payed clear trip the amount on 7th july

And got message from clear trip that the amount will be reimbursed in 7 working days

More than 12 days now still the ammt is not got in my account

Frustrated by trying to connect with clear trip
