Cleartrip — Refund of my cancelled airfare vide trip ID:[protected] | |||||
On 28/12/2020 had booked two return air tickets by Indigo airlines from Mumbai for Varanasi through your mobile app for an amount of Rs.20050 paid through net banking for travel on 10/04/2020 and return on 14/04/2020. However due to prevailing circumstances all flights were cancelled indefinitely and was informed that my complete cancelled amount would be kept in a credit shell which I could utilize at a later date once normal services resumed. However, on 17/12/2020 received an SMS from Cleartrip saying that my flight cancellation for the trip ID:[protected] is confirmed and cancellation details will be e mailed soon. Immediately another SMS followed intimating refund for flight booking (Trip ID:[protected] has been processed and the amount credited repeat credited to my bank account. It would take 5 – 7 working days to credit the refund to my account. It’s been more than three weeks but the refund amount has still not been received. Have tried getting in touch with the call Centre execs but have still not received any positive response. Kindly confirm how much longer will I have to wait to get my refund?
