Cleartrip — Refund of payment | |||||
I tried to book train ticket for me and three other family members, from Kottayam to Chennai. An amount of Rs.1, 535.00 was deducted from my state bank of travancore account (no.[protected] )on 29.1.2017 towards INB Cleartrip Private Limited with reference no. CCAEA1AHP775IGAARVWJS1. But I did not get the train ticket. I had file a complaint with the customer care service of Cleartrip on 29.1.2017 with Case ID 0196380. But the amount has not been refunded. Please do the needful to get the amount refunded. The customer care numbers are either not working or responding. Was this information helpful? | |||||
