Cleartrip — refund of rs 3582/- against cancellation of air ticket of indigo flight dt 08.02.2020 having pnr no - rdt78y

Sir, i mr nalini kanta dash have booked 2 no flight tickets on 06.02.2020 through your portal, one from coimbatore to chennai and other from chennai to coimbatore having pnr ejw49t and rdt78y. But in the pnr rdt78y i have wrongly selected coimbatore airport as depature terminal instead of selecting chennai airport as departure point because i have to return from chennai and proceeds towards coimbatore. Than i contact your customer care and they replied that you again booked a tfromicket chennai to coimbatore and yhe earlier amount will be refunded in your account. Again i have booked a ticket having pnr llti3n and cancelled my earlier pnr rtd78y. I have also lodged complaint in indigo they mailed me that they have refunded rs 732/- on 06.02.2020 and rs 2850/- on 07.02.2020 in the agency account.
