Hi, i booked a ticket from delhi to london visa cleartrip and i want a refund cause the ticket was cancelled by cleartrip side as there was no seat available

Its been over 15 days and i haven’t received my refund in my account yet i have called the customer support over 7 times now they just say refund has been processed to original payment method which was a debit card

I can provide upi id or my account number other payment methods if necessary but i do my refund soon i’ve been told by the customer support that it should only take 6-7 working days while its been longer than that so i’m not sure whats going on with my money
